Rosanna Garcia is a doctoral candidate in Marketing & Supply Chain at Michigan State University. Her research interests are in new product development and complex systems. Prior to joining academia, she worked as a new product manager in the telecommunications industry for several years.
Roger Calantone is the Eli Broad Professor of Marketing and Product Innovation at Michigan State University. His research interests include the study of the new product development processes, the management of technology and the manufacturing and engineering interface. He has published in several journals including the Journal of Marketing, the Journal of Marketing Research, the Journal of Product Innovation Management, Management Science and Marketing Science.
